Teacher Plant Pot Topper with Gift tag and Card

These lovely plant pot sticks make a great little gift to pop in a plant or pencil pot, comes with a gift tag and a matching card. 

Available in 10 designs, which include an apple, a pencil, a heart, a super teacher, a sunflower, a sun, a bee, a rainbow, a star, and a smiley face.

Made from felt and cotton fabric, and measures approximately 20cm on the stick. With a matching A6 card with a craft envelope.

 Please note that I use many different fabrics, each picture will differ slightly from the one shown, and fabric colours may vary. Also, please note that a sewing machine is used to give a ‘hand written’ quality and is not done on a computerised  machine.
