Shipping policy

All our products are made to order and aim to get them out to you within 2 weeks, this however can be extended at busy times of the year. If you need an item sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you out.

We offer free delivery for all orders over £20.00. Please select free shipping at the checkout. All orders under £20.00 are charged at £2.50.

We send all items £10.00 and under are sent 1st class large letter.

Items over £10.00 are sent 1st class signed for (This service requires a signature on receipt)

All larger items are sent via DHL next day delivery, please let us know if you wish to have it left in safe place.

Please be aware that any delivery delays experienced by the Royal Mail or DHL are out of our control. 

Should there not be someone in to sign/accept delivery during working hours or if the Royal Mail considers that your order will not fit through the letter box a card will be left informing the recipient that they have tried to deliver and what to do next.

We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local sorting office within reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.

We only dispatch goods Monday-Friday.
