PLEASE NOTE:
- Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
- We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalisaed items that contain spelling mistakes or errors due to customer error. Please carefully check all spellings before sending your order.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
